Step by step
1. Choose one plain and one patterned paper
2. Cover card front with plain paper and inside back of card with patterned paper put aside
3. Trace two of the double petal flowers on template onto back of patterned paper and cut out with scissors (fold as instruction on template) pop brad in centre of each flower
4. Now take your craft knife and cut a wavy edge along the opening edge of card pop double sided tape directly onto two lengths of grosgrain ribbon place these onto card front to create flower stems
5. Tie a knot in ribbon and cut ends at an angle to create leaves repeat and put one on each stem as leaves
6. Position a flower on each stem
Hints and tips
Make sure you allow enough time for glue to dry before cutting edge away from card
Please practice with the template a few times before doing your card as sometime you may have to adjust fold line depending on whether you stick to inner or outer lines on template
Try glittering the centre petals this looks stunning
This is a really good class project as you will be able to use all of the paper pack and everyone's card will look different
Try experimenting with different sized brads or maybe a mini crystal in the centre of flower
