Step by step
1. Approx 1” in from the folded edge of card punch ribbon slots evenly spaced down the card
2. Thread ribbon through slots and stick down on the inside of card place heart mini crystals in the gaps
3. Cut a 3”x 4.5” rectangle of cardstock mark approx 1”down from top on left side also 1” up on same side cut across to both marks this creates an angle at each end
4. Matt and layer cardstock and papers leaving a border of each and place onto card front
5. Punch all the shapes out of coordinating papers and position onto white matt, position at differing heights using foam pads for some of the layers to create the effect of decoupage
6. Pop a sequin flower in the centre of each flower
Hints and tips
Always use tweezers when positioning little fiddly things like mini crystal etc
If you have ribbon ends showing on inside of cards it can look a bit messy so why not pop an insert in your card or just cover up the inside front with another piece of card
