Step by step
1. Select a circular tag
2. Cut a square of laser mesh
3. Cut two pieces of co-ordinating ribbon approximately 7cm long
4. Arrange the mesh so that the holes line up with the hold in the tag. Thread the ribbon through both layers and tie the ribbon in a knot and cut the ends to a slant.
5. Attach three fish charms and blue crystals for bubbles.
