Step by step
1. Cut white glitter foam with an edge to look like waves and glue to bottom edge of royal blue foam approximately 13cm deep.
2. Cut light blue sparkle foam as above approximately 7cm deep. Glue this to the white glitter foam.
3. Choose six wooden fish and five wooden wave shapes. Arrange these on the waves and glue.
4. Make ‘bubbles’ for fishes with glitter glue.
