Step by step
1. Cut four pieces of handmade paper to approximately 5.5cm x 12cm.
2. Use narrow borders to join the pieces together top and bottom approximately 1cm from the edge. Leave a gap between each panel for folding.
3. Cut glitter fibre to short lengths x 4. Cut more borders to 5.5cm wide x 4 pieces. Tie the fibre around two borders
4. Cut two pieces of mesh approximately 4.5cm x 10cm. Secure to panels 2 and 4 with more borders over the top of the mesh.
5. Tie glitter fibre through the holes in two round tags and attach these to panel 1 and 3.
6. Attach one dress button to each panel and crystals to your taste.
7. Fold card to make concertina.
