Step by step
BIRTHDAY TIME CARD
1. Select the ‘time for your birthday’ card art and remove all pieces from the sheet.
2. Cover a dl card, with the fold at the top, with a co-ordinating ‘clock’ paper
3. Cut a strip of red glimmer paper the length of the card and 4cm wide, cut black glimmer paper the same length and 3cm wide. Attach the black paper to the red and stick centrally across the width of the card.
4. Attach the curly brackets to the outside edges of the card and cut the card away to leave the curly bracket shape front and back
5. Use a mini silver brad to make a centre in the clock face and attach this to the right hand curly bracket with foam pads.
6. Select the ‘time for your’ panel and mount this onto red glimmer card leaving a narrow edge. Attach this to the ‘birthday’ plaque at the top left hand corner, leaving approximately 2.5cm to the left of the plaque. Attach this to the front of the card using foam pads
7. On the inside of the card, tear a strip of red glimmer paper approximately 5cm wide. Cut straight edges and apply to the left hand side of the card. Cut a piece of main paper, 11cm x 6cm and stick over the red paper. Cut black grosgrain ribbon approximately 8cm with slanted ends and attach this to the ‘special day’ tag with a stapler. Attach this at an angle to the paper.
