Step by step
1. Cut a piece of tiger tail to desired length
2. Thread heart charm onto the centre
3. Using a mixture of the smaller beads (seed beads)
create a pattern using the bead board to lay your beads out on
4. When you are happy with the design thread beads onto tiger tail staring in the middle on either side of your heart charm cut tiger tail so there is about 2” left on each side
5. To attach a clasp thread the end of tiger tail through a crimp bead then through ring on clasp then go over the clasp (to create a loop) then back through the crimp
6. Feed any excess wire through the back of the first few beads and make sure crimp bead is tight against beads
7. Using pliers squeeze crimp tight to hold everything in place
8. Repeat this process with a jump ring on the other side of tiger tail
Hints and tips
A bead board is excellent for beginners as it allows you to look at your design before actually making it up
It also allows you to do multiple stranded creations
